Different requirements for different programs

Start your journey by filling out our easy-to-use online application form as a part of our admission process. Go to our Admission Form page to provide accurate information and upload required documents. This is the first step towards your customized academic experience at Evergreen College. We strive to make the Canada admission process easy for you.

At Evergreen College West Campus, we believe in the uniqueness of each student, and this online application process is the initial canvas upon which your individuality is painted. It's not just a form; it's the starting point of your personalized academic expedition with us.

Admission Requirements (For Diploma)

International Student Application Form (attached)
18 years old
Submit a clear copy of the identification page of your passport
Submit official transcripts or academic records from your secondary school or equivalent. These documents should outline your academic achievements and courses completed
Proof of English proficiency: (no need for students from English speaking countries or study high school/college in full English) IELTS 5.5 or equivalent recognized tests
Some diploma programs may have specific degree or certificate prerequisites. Ensure that you meet the academic qualifications required for your chosen program.
Demonstrate the ability to cover tuition and living expenses by providing a bank statement or sponsorship letter.

Admission Requirements (For Post Graduate Diploma)

Complete the online application form thoroughly, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Submit a clear copy of the identification page of your passport.
Diploma/Bachelor Degree + Official transcript ((if not in English, provide extra Official Translation)
Credential Evaluation by one of the three organization "WES, ICA, or UoT"
Proof of English proficiency: (no need for students from English speaking countries or study high school/college in full English) IELTS 5.5 or equivalent recognized tests

If you don’t have above test scores, you can take our English entry test called Wonderlic as an alternative. This is an online test sent directly to your email and you can do it at home and at your preferred time_ There iS one attempt for you to take the Wonderlic test. The fee for the Wonderlic test is S21.

If you still don’t pass the Wonderlic Test, you are still able to enrol with Evergreen College by adding extra English courses along with you Academic Program. Each English course lasts 12 weeks, costing 2000 CAD (after scholarship)

Have your academic transcripts (official ones for 12th grade or your graduation and masters), a copy of your passport (including the first, last, and any visa stamp pages), and any English Proficiency Test results ready.

Note

To speed up the process and save the transaction fees, students can pay Registration Fee + Tuition Deposit AT ONCE and Evergreen can issue Letter of Acceptance right away after students sign the conditional letter of acceptance.
